Bactosafe P is a concentrated bacterial complex specially selected to enhance water quality with added stabilizers and growth stimulants for detoxifying aquaculture grow-out ponds, improving the health of fish and shrimp. The specific strains have been selected for their beneficial action.

Instructions for use

Ponds Application

Hydrate in fresh water (1.0 kg in 20 Lt of water) for 20 minutes with aeration. Apply 300 g/Ha/week the first 30 days, 500 g/Ha/week between 31 – 60 DOC, and 600 g/Ha/week until harvest. Spread evenly over the pond. In case of high unionized ammonium (>0,4 ppm) apply 5.0 kg/Ha.

You can add 10.0 kg/Ha molasses when using Bactosafe P.

In Intensive Systems ensure the aeration after adding Bactosafe P.

Health & Safety

BactoSafe is non-toxic and harmless to human and animals. It leaves no residues and has no withdrawal time. Bactosafe is a microbial water additive and should not be mixed with food.
