Bernard Devresse has a background in biology and biochemistry and has more than 15 years of experience in nutrition and feed processing technology. He has extensive working experience in Latin America, Asia and the Mediterranean area.

He is the managing director of Bern Aqua, Belgium, manufacturers of feeds for fish and shrimp larvae and of specialised ingredients (nutriceuticals) for grow-out feeds. Bernard consults in feed formulation and feed processing worldwilde, with special emphasis on tropical marine species.

With 23 years of practical experience, Guirec Dewavrin is one of the pioneers of sea bass and sea bream fish hatcheries in Europe. Guirec is well known for the farms he created and managed such as the P2M Labrax (a bulk cargo ship transformed in a fish hatchery), FMD (Ile d’Oleron, France) and Aquastream (Brittany France).

Guirec is promoting strict hygiene procedure in fish husbandry and the implementation of total quality procedures.

Thomas Levallois is graduated from the ISTOM, Institute of International Agro-economy (France) and has a master in Aquaculture from the university of Wageningen (The Netherlands). Thomas has acquired field experience in France, Madagascar, Cuba and Martinique.
